What is included in the price?
The price includes: sojourn tax, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, car parking, change of bed linen and towels after half the stay for a minimum of 11 days and cleaning the apartment on the day of departure.
Additional discount
In the pre-season and post-season the apartment ground floor and the apartment 1. floor are additionally reduced by 10% for two persons.
Price of short stay
The price of a stay of up to 5 days is increased by 50%.
Arrival and departure time
On the day of arrival the apartment is free from 1 pm, and on the day of departure the apartment should be vacated by 9 am.
Advance payment
The reservation will be valid after the payment of an advance of 20%.
Conditions for refund of the advance payment
If the reservation is canceled earlier than 60 days from the beginning of the rental, the advance will be refunded in full, less the transaction costs. For cancellation within 60 days from the date of the rental we fully retain the advance. In this case, there is a possibility of agreement, if we manage to rent the apartment in your term.
